A DIN 910 screw plug is a sealing plug with a collar and an external hexagon head on a cylindrical thread, sealed with a ring to DIN 7603; the external hex allows higher tightening torque than the socket-drive DIN 908 plug. Brassland machines it from free-cutting brass CW614N (CuZn39Pb3) — or lead-free CW724R — to the standard and to your drawing, as part of our brass screw-plug programme.

Dimensions in mm to DIN 910. d2 = collar outside diameter, s = head width across flats (external hex, DIN ISO 272), k = head height, l = length. Collar height c = 3 (M10–M16), 4 (M18–M30), 5 (M33 and up). Sealed with a ring to DIN 7603.
