Brassland is a precision brass, copper and aluminium component manufacturer in Jamnagar, India, supplying turned and milled parts to solar, thermal and renewable-energy OEMs in 40+ countries. We machine both solar-thermal parts — collector headers, heat-exchanger fittings, anti-freeze-circuit fittings, pump unions and sensor wells — and solar-PV electrical parts — tin-plated C11000 ETP copper busbars, MC4-type contact pins, junction-box terminals, and PV mounting bolts and inserts — from CW617N brass, C11000 copper and aluminium to suit each part. Beyond solar, we also machine brass and bronze bushes, bearings, wear sleeves and fittings for heat pumps, hydro, wind and energy-storage equipment. Every part is made to your drawing on Swiss-type and CNC machines and inspected in-house; connector type approval (e.g. IEC 62852) is the assembler's responsibility. Elbow Coupling Sleeve — Mechanical O-Ring Seal

Brass elbow and tee coupling sleeves with a mechanical O-ring seal for solar-thermal circuits — a fast, solder-free connection for collector arrays and pipe runs. Machined to your drawing in CW617N brass with EPDM or high-temperature O-rings rated for glycol–water heat-transfer fluid, plus gland nuts and olives sized to your tube. Holds the seal through repeated thermal cycling without soldering.

Do you machine bronze bushes and bearings?
Yes — sleeve bushes, wear bushes and plain bearings in bearing bronze (e.g. CuSn / PB1) and CW617N brass, with the bore, oil grooves, flange and tolerance your application needs; split and self-lubricating designs to spec.
Are your solar-thermal fittings rated for glycol and high temperature?
We machine in CW617N and CW602N brass and C11000 copper suited to glycol–water mixtures at elevated temperatures, with EPDM or high-temperature O-rings; the system pressure/temperature rating is validated by the assembler.
What materials do you use for PV busbars and contacts?
C11000 (Cu-ETP) copper for busbars, interconnects and contact pins where conductivity drives the design, with tin or silver plating; CW617N / CW614N brass for structural and mounting parts. The grade is fixed on your approved drawing.
Are your PV connector parts certified to IEC 62852?
No — we machine the metal components to your drawing. Connector type approval to IEC 62852, and module or system certification, is the responsibility of the connector manufacturer or assembler placing the finished product on the market.
Which alloys handle outdoor and UV exposure?
CW602N DZR brass and copper give good outdoor and corrosion performance, and we can apply anti-corrosion finishes for rooftop and ground-mount mounting hardware; we advise the grade and finish for your duty.
How tight are the tolerances you can hold?
Swiss-type sliding-head turning typically holds about ±0.01 mm on critical diameters, bores and seats, with tighter limits achievable by process where your drawing requires it.
What surface finishes and platings are available?
Natural brass or bronze as-machined by default; tin, silver, nickel and electroless-nickel plating, passivation and polishing through qualified finishing partners, plus anti-corrosion finishes for outdoor mounting hardware.
What documentation do you provide with each shipment?
EN 10204 Type 3.1 mill certificates as standard (Type 3.2 third-party witnessed on request), a Certificate of Conformity and dimensional inspection reports, plus RoHS and REACH/SVHC declarations with commercial orders. Brassland is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
What are your minimum order quantity and lead times?
There is no strict minimum order quantity; first orders typically start from around 1,000 pieces, and we support high-volume OEM production. Typical lead time is 3–5 weeks from the approved drawing, with prototypes and samples available sooner. Quotations are issued within 24 hours.
