One drawing. The right alloy, thread and finish for where the part has to live.

Every industry has its own rules — potable-water lead limits, refrigerant pressures, electrical conductivity, vibration, salt-spray. Pick your sector below to see the parts, alloys and standards we build to.

Cluster 01

Fluid & Thermal

Water, gas, refrigerant and compressed-air systems — sealing brass that holds pressure and resists corrosion.

Cluster 02

Electrical & Electronic

Current-carrying and board-level brass — machined for conductivity, contact and a clean ground path.

Cluster 03

Energy & Mobility

High-reliability parts for vehicles, chargers, server halls and solar arrays — where downtime is not an option.

Industries — frequently asked
Which industries does Brassland make components for?
Fourteen sectors across three groups — Fluid & Thermal (plumbing & water, HVAC/R, gas & energy, irrigation, pneumatic & hydraulic), Electrical & Electronic (switchgear, electronics & PCB, cable glands, cable grippers, instrumentation) and Energy & Mobility (automotive, EV charging, data centers, solar & renewable). Each has its own page with the parts, alloys and standards we build to.
Can you match the right alloy and finish for my application?
Yes. We advise on grade and finish for your medium and environment — low-lead and DZR brass for potable water, lead-free CW724R, C11000 copper for conductivity, with nickel, tin or zinc plating. See the alloy datasheets.
Do you make parts to my drawing, or only standard ranges?
Both. We hold a standard-parts catalogue and machine custom parts to your drawing — any geometry, thread or alloy. Around 95% of our work is made-to-drawing.
Do your parts carry industry approvals such as WRAS, NSF or PED?
We manufacture components to your approved drawing and to the published EN/ISO/ASTM specifications, with EN 10204 3.1 material certificates. Final product approval, type testing and certification (WRAS, NSF, PED, CE and similar) rest with the party placing the finished assembly on the market — we supply the documentation to support it.
Where do you manufacture and ship?
All parts are machined in Jamnagar, India and exported to over 40 countries. Quotations are issued within 24 hours of receiving your drawing.
