Power Distribution & Fusing
Anchor heavy supply cables, busbars and fuse leads directly to the board, carrying current that ordinary solder joints can't sustain.
Connectors & Terminals
Provide reusable, screw-clamped cable terminations on the PCB without separate connector housings. Electronics components →
Industrial & Control Boards
Solderless assembly speeds high-mix production and field service of control, metering and switchgear electronics. Switchgear components →
Power Supplies & Drivers
Tin-plated brass gives low-resistance, solderable contact for SMPS, LED drivers and motor-control boards.
Free-Cutting Brass Tin Plated
CuZn39Pb3 / CW614N
Machined from free-cutting brass for clean threads and tight tolerances, then tin-plated for solderability, conductivity and corrosion resistance — the standard specification for board-mount terminals and sockets. RoHS/REACH-compliant options available.
Press-fit terminals use an array of pins pressed into plated through-holes on a 2.54 mm grid. Crimp sockets use a continuous thread around a single through-hole and suit board layouts that don't allow full-load pin arrays. Both fix cables and leads directly to the PCB; the choice depends on board space and current.
Standard press-fit terminals come in 9, 16, 25 and 36-pin layouts and crimp sockets in 8, 12, 16 and 20-pin layouts, all on 2.54 mm pitch. Custom pin counts and layouts can be produced to your board.
Parts are machined from CuZn39Pb3 free-cutting brass with tin plating as standard. UNC internal threads are available, along with custom thread sizes to requirement. DIN 82 diamond (RGE) and straight (RAA) knurl forms are offered on the round-head sockets.
Yes. Send a drawing, sample or board layout and we'll match the geometry or recommend an equivalent, including custom pin layouts, threads and plating, with samples before volume.
