Brassland's core capability is CNC and Swiss-type machining. Brass forging is outsourced to partner forge houses within the Jamnagar cluster and then machined, finished and inspected in-house — we do not run hot-forging presses ourselves.

Mechanical Engineer with over 25 years on the factory floor, Milan founded Brassland in Jamnagar in 2000 and has built it into one of the region's most capable precision machining operations. He oversees every aspect of production — machine selection, capacity planning, process engineering, tooling and workforce management across 79+ CNC platforms. Milan personally drives Brassland's quality culture: ISO 9001:2015 compliance, SPC implementation, CMM inspection protocols and PPAP readiness are systems he has shaped from the ground up. His hands-on approach means that when a customer has a critical tolerance or a tight deadline, the answer comes from the person who knows every machine in the building.

Mechanical Engineer with a Master's in International Business, Jay leads Brassland's global sales and all customer-facing operations. He manages export relationships across 40+ countries — working directly with OEM procurement and engineering teams in the UK, Germany, USA, Australia, the UAE and across Europe and the Middle East. Jay oversees trade show strategy, new market development, pricing, and the full quote-to-shipment pipeline. Alongside sales, he leads technology and digital transformation at Brassland — from MES and ERP integration to AI-assisted quality control and automated documentation — ensuring the factory can scale without compromising the standards the business was built on.
