Brassland is a precision brass-component manufacturer in Jamnagar, India, supplying turned and milled PCB and enclosure hardware to electronics OEMs in 40+ countries. We machine hex standoffs (M2–M6), threaded inserts for plastic enclosures, terminal and press-fit pins, RF and connector bodies, pillars and ferrules — held to about ±0.02 mm on Swiss CNC — from CW614N free-machining brass for press-in parts and lead-free CW724R for RoHS-critical EEE, with tin, nickel or gold plating. Heat-set, press-fit, and knurled brass inserts for PCB enclosures and electronic housings moulded in ABS, PC, nylon.
Precision turned brass terminal pins and contact elements with gold, silver, or tin plating for low-resistance contact surfaces.
Turned brass press-fit terminals and solder pins for direct board mounting — eliminating soldering on through-hole connections. Tin or gold plated.
