Quotation questions, answered.

How fast will I receive my quotation?
Within 24 hours on business days. Every RFQ is reviewed by an engineer — including a DFM check of your drawing — before we price it, so the quotation you receive is one we can actually manufacture to.
What should my RFQ include for the most accurate quote?
A dimensioned drawing (PDF, DXF/DWG or STEP), annual and per-batch quantities, and the alloy if your application fixes it — see our materials library for the 19 grades we document. If tolerances or finishes matter, call them out on the drawing; our tolerance guide and surface finishes guide show what each process holds.
Can you quote from a sample instead of a drawing?
Yes. Send a physical sample and we will measure it, produce a drawing for your approval, and quote against that drawing. Dimensional approval of the drawing stays with you as the buyer.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No strict MOQ. Setup is most economical from a few thousand pieces on CNC and Swiss-type machines, but we quote prototype and pilot batches, and support prototype-to-production transitions.
Which commercial terms do you quote for export?
EXW, FOB and CIF as standard, per Incoterms® 2020 — with other terms on request. We ship to 40+ countries with full export documentation and material certificates.
