A DIN 427 screw is a partially threaded slotted screw with a reduced-diameter pilot pin ending in a chamfered (flat-cone) tip, used to locate or seat against a prepared surface without cutting a deep indent; it corresponds to ISO 2342. Brassland machines it from free-cutting brass CW617N (CuZn40Pb2) to the standard and to your drawing, as part of our set screws programme.
